She is the first face you will see when you visit. Nicole works with you carefully about all the details about your cruise to make sure all of your dreams will come true the way you wish them to be. Her goal is to make sure that our customers get everything possible to make their trip perfect for them. She loves to see people smile because their cruise experience was wonderful. She has graduated from San Antonio College with two degrees in Financial Mgt. & Banking. She is enhancing her skills further by continuing for her Bachelors Degree in Finance and a Bachelors Degree Math to become a school teacher.

Master Cruise Counselor awarded by Cruiselines International Association. Before moving to San Antonio to be with her parents, she managed a Travel Agency in California, and taught prospective agents in a travel school. She has sold travel for 12 years, and is very dedicated to making our customers travel dreams come true.

She is the first voice you will hear when you call to arrange your next cruise vacation. She graduated from Alice High school in Alice, Texas in May of 2000. Shortly after her graduation she moved to San Antonio to attend College. She is currently training in back office support programs to assist Nicole with our customer Administration section and taking after Jay in the art of cruise selling.

Graduate of John Marshall high school, 1980, and trained in Electronics at the Institute of Electronic of Science at Texas A & M after which he worked as a field service engineer for a Computer Company before relocating to San Antonio in 1984. He started working with us in 1986 as a computer consultant setting up our word processing application and accounting functions. He created unique software not available in the market place and modified existing software that fit our needs and also develop our customized reservation data base system and our network.
